IT IS NOW TIME TO LEAVE THE CITIES
It is NOW Time to Leave the Cities!
The 7 Trumpets of Revelation are about to hit Earth in rapid succession. The devastating effects of these Trumpets will be especially felt and experienced by those dwelling within the cities. Needless to say, it is in the cities that our loving Father Yahuwah is most forgotten and ignored, and this has resulted in the cities becoming hotbeds of iniquity and crime.
big cityYahuwah's commandment-keeping people must today leave the cities before it becomes impossible to do so. Parents can ill afford to expose their children much longer to the temptations of the cities, which have truly become ripe for destruction.
The imminent sounding of the Trumpets will trigger the final global crisis, which will intensify Satan's anger against Yahuwah's faithful followers. Very soon, the problem of buying and selling will be for His people a very serious one. Thus, the wisdom of obeying Yahuwah and moving out of the cities and into the country, where one's own provisions can be grown, can be ignored only at one's own eternal risk.
Jeremiah was given in a vision a glimpse of the destruction which will hit the cities of the world when the Trumpets begin to fall just before the end. He was greatly pained by what he saw in vision.
"O my soul, my soul!" he cried out, "I am pained in my very heart! My heart makes a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because you have heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war." (Jeremiah 4:19)
He continues:
"Destruction upon destruction is cried, for the whole land is plundered. Suddenly my tents are plundered, and my curtains in a moment. How long will I see the standard, and hear the sound of the trumpet?" (Verses 20, 21)
Jeremiah Lamenting (Rembrandt)Jeremiah was filled with overwhelming sadness when he saw in vision the great apathy and indifference with which Yahuwah's people viewed these divine warnings.
"For My people are foolish, they have not known Me. They are silly children, and they have no understanding. They are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge." (Verse 22)
Let us read carefully and prayerfully the vision which Jeremiah saw regarding the conditions which will prevail in the cities during the outpouring of the Trumpets:
"I beheld the earth, and indeed it was without form, and void; and the heavens, they had no light. I beheld the mountains, and indeed they trembled, and all the hills moved back and forth. I beheld, and indeed there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens had fled. I beheld, and indeed the fruitful land was a wilderness, and all its cities were broken down at the presence of Yahuwah, by His fierce anger. For thus says Yahuwah: 'The whole land shall be desolate; yet I will not make a full end. For this shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black, because I have spoken. I have purposed and will not relent, nor will I turn back from it. The whole city shall flee from the noise of the horsemen and bowmen. They shall go into thickets and climb up on the rocks. Every city shall be forsaken, and not a man shall dwell in it. And when you are plundered, what will you do? Though you clothe yourself with crimson, though you adorn yourself with ornaments of gold, though you enlarge your eyes with paint, in vain you will make yourself fair; your lovers will despise you; they will seek your life. For I have heard a voice as of a woman in labor, the anguish as of her who brings forth her first child, the voice of the daughter of Zion bewailing herself; she spreads her hands, saying, 'Woe is me now, for my soul is weary because of murderers!'" (Jeremiah 4:23-31)
Jeremiah foresaw that all of the cities "were broken down" at the time when Yahuwah was pouring out His trumpets and judgments. He foresaw that "every city shall be forsaken, and not a man shall dwell in it." In other words, he foresaw the conversion of cities into ghost towns. The condition of those remaining in the cities at such time is likened to " a woman in labor, the anguish as of her who brings forth her first child."
In another Old Testament prophecy, Isaiah gives further details of the prevailing conditions on earth at the time of the falling Trumpets:
"Wail, for the day of Yahuwah is at hand! It will come as destruction from the Almighty. Therefore all hands will be limp, every man's heart will melt, and they will be afraid. Pangs and sorrows will take hold of them; they will be in pain as a woman in childbirth; they will be amazed at one another; their faces will be like flames. Behold, the day of Yahuwah comes, cruel, with both wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate; and He will destroy its sinners from it. For the stars of heaven and their constellations will not give their light; the sun will be darkened in its going forth, and the moon will not cause its light to shine. 'I will punish the world for its evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; I will halt the arrogance of the proud, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. broken down cityI will make a mortal more rare than fine gold, a man more than the golden wedge of Ophir. Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth will move out of her place, in the wrath of Yahuwah of hosts and in the day of His fierce anger. It shall be as the hunted gazelle, and as a sheep that no man takes up; every man will turn to his own people, and everyone will flee to his own land. Everyone who is found will be thrust through, and everyone who is captured will fall by the sword. Their children also will be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses will be plundered and their wives ravished.'" (Isaiah 13:6-16)
In this prophecy, Isaiah is warning Yahuwah's people in these last days of the following:
The Trumpets will be fearful for they will cause "all hands [to] be limp, every man's heart will melt."
The pain which will grip men during the Trumpets is likened again to "a woman in childbirth"
and their faces shall be as "flames."
The Earth will become desolate, and many sinners will be destroyed.
The stars of heaven will not give their light, nor will the moon. This is referring to Trumpet 4.
Proud men will be humbled as they come to grips with their helplessness in the face of the Trumpets.
In Trumpet 5, we read about how "men shall seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them." (Revelation 9:6)
There will be catastrophic riots and bloodshed in the cities as people become desperate and each person must fend for themselves.
Even children and wives will not be spared:"Their children also will be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses will be plundered and their wives ravished."
The reign of the 7th King, Benedict XVI, has ended after a short duration, as foretold in His word. (See Revelation 17:10.) It follows then that the Trumpets could start blasting at any time. This is why the need to leave the cities NOW is most urgent.
young man visiting elderly woman in the citySome may question the wisdom of leaving the cities. They may say that leaving is tantamount to giving up on our duty to warn and minister to those living there. However, we need to remember that the cities are to be warned by Yahuwah's people visiting them, not by His people living in them. Others may worry that they lack the means for making the move out of the cities. Those who are tempted to think that they are incapable of making this move need to remember that when we resolve to obey Him, our loving Father has endless ways of enabling us if we will only exercise full faith in Him.
We need to leave the cities in a hurry, and without any regrets or hesitancy. The example of Lot's wife should ever be before our eyes. Yahushua has forewarned us: "Remember Lot's wife" (Luke 17:32). Lot's wife became a pathetic example of what happens when we do not happily and cheerfully obey His command to flee away from the cities while it is still possible.
Recently, in wealthy Japan, it was not possible to cremate the bodies of its tsunami and earthquake victims due to limited fuel supplies. In a show of pragmatism over long held tradition, victims were buried in mass graves, utilizing bare plywood caskets while other victims were buried in blue plastic bags.

However, the Bible foretells that a time is soon coming when the dead will be left unburied:
"Come, my people, enter your chambers [away from the cities], and shut your doors behind you; hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment, until the indignation is past. For behold, Yahuwah comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; the earth will also disclose her blood, and will no more cover her slain." (Isaiah 26:20-21)
"My people, go out of the midst of her [the cities]! And let everyone deliver himself from the fierce anger of Yahuwah." (Jeremiah 51:45)
