The spirit of civil disobedience is being resurrected in the former land of apathy and acquiescence. People from every walk of life are saying “No” to their out of control federal government with increasing vehemence. But as you will see, it is not all a bed of roses. There is a price to pay for our new spirit of civil disobedience.

However, the worm is beginning to turn and even Nugent might be surprised at the rising tide of civil disobedience in the USA.

Chris Cox, the man pictured above, who is pushing a lawnmower, told CBS’ DC affiliate that his actions weren’t politically motivated. Instead his actions are a symbol of respect for the veterans who are set to converge in the nation’s capital this upcoming weekend for the Million Vet March.

Stewart Rhodes, the founder and director of Oathkeepers, has thrown his organization into the controversy in a very conspicuous manner as Oathkeepers recently issued a statement which encouraged all veterans to go to Washington DC and support the WWII veterans against the tyrannical enforcement of the government’s shutdown of the war memorials. Below, is an except of Rhodes’ call to action.

“Calling all Oath Keepers (and any other veterans) to back up our World War II veterans at the Washington DC area memorials, such as the World War II memorial, the Iwo Jima memorial, Arlington Cemetary, the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial, and anywhere else that that the Honor Flights go. Go there and put yourselves under the command of the WWII vets. If they want the barricades down, they should come down, come hell or high water. No WWII vet should be denied access to the Iwo Jima memorial, the WWII memorial, or to any other memorial they want to visit. For many of them, on those Honor Flights, this will be THEIR LAST TRIP to go and pay their respects to their brothers who did not make it back. It is intolerable to let Obama block their access for his petty partisan manipulations over the govt “shutdown…”

The following people belong to a group called the “Restore the Fourth”. The organization is protesting the NSA spy facility in Utah.

Restore The Fourth-Utah is also responsible for picking up litter on the 2-mile stretch of Redwood Road that includes the main entrance to the Utah Data Center and Camp Williams, where most of the spying takes place. they adopted the road in order to protest the NSA facility and their egregious violations of the Fourth Amendment.

Look at the faces in the crowd. The new found spirit of American civil disobedience has crossed from special interest groups like veterans to include average, everyday citizens. What we see below is a significant development in terms of average citizens standing up to the tyrannical federal government.

U.S. News & World Report spoke with Earl Conlon, a Georgia trucker who is handling the logistics for the three-day protest which is to begin on the morning of October 11. According to Conlon and others participating, truckers will clog the inner loop of the Beltway and circle I-495 at the 55mph speed limit “to seek the arrest of congressmen for allegedly disregarding the Constitution.”

It Is Too Early to Celebrate

On one hand, it is exciting that Americans across the entire spectrum are beginning to speak with a unified voice. However, do you really think that the globalists, through their minions like Obama, are just going to sit back and allow the “people”, the “useless eaters”, people like you and me, take back our country? Marijuana is now legal in Colorado and Washington and one would have to be high, or delusional, to believe that the central bankers are going to give us back our country without a bloodbath. In fact, they (the central bankers and their minions) have been preparing for this day for a long time!

What most Americans don’t realize is that you are already living in a police state and as a result, your nation has already been conquered. We were conquered when we allowed the bailouts to go through. We were conquered when we let Obamacare pass. We were conquered when the statistics show us that, despite only having 5% of the world’s population, we have 25% of the world’s prison population. You were conquered when you allowed the NDAA and Executive Order 13603 to be passed.

As I have repeatedly pointed out, we have entered into Stage 2, civil disobedience, on the path to revolution. It will not be the American people who take this conflict to and all-out Stage 3 Revolution, it will be the central bankers as they will see this as a possibility to stamp out all opposition to the New World Order.

Has the light come on yet? DHS purchases 2.3 billion rounds of ammunition to go with their 2700 armored personnel carriers. Every federal agency is arming to the teeth. Wake up America, your life will soon change. Remember the sequence that I have been speaking about for a year; First there will be false flag attacks, financial collapse, martial law followed by WWIII. You are entering the hard core martial law period. How can I be so sure, because this is what happens in every country, in every situation like ours. The best predictor of the future is past.

And please spare me the testosterone inspired hubris that we will have a person with gun behind every blade of grass. That is a joke, we are a soft country. The only hope for the people of this country lies in the fact that the military might revolt, but that is a long shot because Obama has rid the military of any leader who he perceives as a “pro-constitutionalist, protect the American people” kind of soldier. As a result the sell-out bureaucrats are running the Pentagon.

What will this martial law crackdown look like? That is an easy question to answer because, this too, has happened before and the pieces for our subjugation have already been put in place. Very simple. The sheeple must understand they ARE going to die if they don’t fight back. You have to “own” death. Get right with Jesus, then watch : High Plains Drifter. Do you want to be like the town of panzys in that movie ? 3 LOSERS ride into town and if even 1/2 the town fought them they’d have been killed in minutes. But what did they do ? Watch the movie. America’s either going to kick ass or wish they had after being disarmed and beaten and killed in some camp.

Obama and his minions and handlers are laughing at Americans. In fact, tha passivity by Americans only emboldens them. For years they have step on Americans like a shoe on a fly and other than a few small protest like Waco, Ruby Ridge, and some individual cases, American were to intoxicated with the matrix coolaid to notice they already took the country. The laws are in place here in USSA,to make the Gulag of Soviet Russia and Nazi Germany look pale in comparison.They are quickly implementing the security grid and arming the DHS, TSA, Police and Army for the ruthless crackdown. The velvet glove of soft Tyranny is rapidly coming off and the Iron fist will soon manifest itself.
Obama is trying to provoke a crisis (government shutdown, Syria, etc) to provoke the American people. If that does not work, as the author states, a false flag(s) will be taking. The Elite know they have to move fast because this financial system can not be held up much longer.

I respectfully disagree with you re: “please spare me the testosterone inspired hubris that we will have a person with gun behind every blade of grass.” We are NOT a soft country; the Japanese said the same thing about the WWII generation. Why are you and others so quick to judge this generation? Aren’t they the ones who have fought the “War on Terror” for over a decade? There are 300 million Americans. If just 1%….3 million….stand up…there is no way this tyranny will succeed. I went to Iraq in 2004 with the Army…I did not like George Bush Jr. and had serious doubts about the Iraq invasion but I followed orders because I still believed the official 9/11 story, etc.. Now I am awake. The last thing I want is to fire a shot in anger and I will do everything short of that to save our Constitutional Republic. But if the day comes when they come to haul me off to a FEMA camp well then I will defend myself as I would against any criminal. That is not hubris. That is a realization that there is no other alternative.

One thought. Maybe there should be a mass protest and arrest in DC. What I mean is, the truckers say they will do their thing. Why not organize multitudes of different organizations to one specific day or weekend…then take back DC with force. Go in and arrest these people. Though, you would not be able to say what you will do, as they would know it’s coming. obama would cowar’ away somehwere as with all the rest of the trash. There needs to be 2 million people to converge on DC and take back our country. That’s all there is to it. Protest will do nothing, as they do what they like in DC anyways.

Are you kidding me?! If you think the only hope is that the military might revolt then this country is in fact doomed. Dave, you seem to be pro-constitution. The constitution has mechanisms for removing people from office. Every two years there’s an election for representatives. Every four years the president is elected or re-elected. And every six years a senator comes up for election. In the meantime, for those that violate the law impeachment is an option. If you really believe in your precious constitution and think president Obama has committed high crimes and misdemeanors then you get your fellow citizens together and persuade your representatives to impeach him. Otherwise, by advocating a military overthrow you are simply circumventing the tools developed by the founders.

By asking for a military coup you show yourself ignorant of human history. Rarely if every has a military overthrow been followed by the emergence of liberty. I can’t think of a single instance when it has happened. Instead there is mostly grief and despair. If you, or anyone for the matter, thinks that a military overthrow will yield the conditions for liberty and freedom then you’ve been duped. Here’s what you will face if the military ever does take control of the government:

Wage and price controls, probably for a long time.
Stock market crash. IRA’s, 401(k)’s and pensions will tank. Then what for those who survive on those?
In the interest of “national security” the military will begin rationing fuel and food. Then what are you going to do?
Lack of freedom to be mobile and move about freely, even in your own neighborhood.
Suspension of habeas corpus and the 5th amendment, military tribunals in lieu of civilian trials by a jury of your peers.
Suspension of the 2nd amendment. The military doesn’t want competition.
Suspension of the 1st amendment. Your website will be gone because the military won’t want any subversive speech. The internet will be effectively killed.
Suspension of the 4th amendment. The military won’t honor your privacy. In the name of “national security” of course.
Dismissal of the congress and courts in favor of military control over the legislative and judiciary. Do you want Gen. Keith Alexander as dictator in chief?

If you truly believe in your constitution then utilize every tool at your disposal to persuade your peers and representatives to impeach your president and restore the republic. But here’s the $64 question – just how far back in the “way back machine” do you want to travel Dave? At what precise point in American history do you want to restore the republic too?
