The Met Office further advised concerened authorities to remain on high alert on Wednesday and Thursday.

A total of 93 persons have so far died in the recent rains and floods, with many losing their lives in drowning, roof collapse and electrocution incidents, according to the data shared by NDMA on Wednesday.

The NDMA further stated that 94 people sustained injuries.

Eighteen people have died in Punjab, 21 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 22 in Sindh, 16 in Balochistan, 12 in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and four in Pakistan-Administered Kashmir according to the data shared by NDMA.
