“Vaccines Murdered My Baby”
“Vaccines murdered my baby,” claims Christy Lynn Day.  On May 29, 2015, her infant baby boy, Reid died, allegedly as a result of eight vaccines given in just one well-visit.  “I was that pushy pro-vaccine supporter who shamed mothers for not vaccinating.  I thought I was protecting my kids,” admits Christy.
But Christy has no time for shedding tears.  Christy filed a vaccine wrongful death claim – on principle – with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP).
National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP)
In 1989, Congress created the NVICP in response to a sharp increase in personal injury lawsuits against vaccine makers during the 80s – a time when personal injury lawyers were bankrupting vaccine makers.  But then Congress stepped-in and immunized vaccine makers by passing the NVICP and creating the Vaccine Court, which has paid-out $3.6 billion dollars – in taxpayer money – on injury and death claims.
The NVIC forbids personal injury lawsuits and instead funnels vaccine victims into a kangaroo court — with no judge, no right to cross-examination, no right to inspect vaccine industry documents, and perhaps most significantly – no right to trial by jury – which many believe is plainly unconstitutional.
7th Amendment – Trial By Jury
The 7th Amendment entitles Americans to “trial by jury” when they sue for money, and therefore, the NVICP, at first blush, is presumptively unconstitutional.  But remarkably, in the 31 years since it became law, no American has ever mounted a constitutional challenge.  Until now…

Christy’s Solemn Vow
If Christy loses in Vaccine Court, she vows to take baby Reid’s case to the Louisiana state courthouse in East Baton Rouge Parish, to challenge the constitutionality of the national vaccine law and demand her 7th Amendment right to trial by jury.  Christy explains:  “It’s too late for Reid, but I will do whatever I can to save another baby from the same fate.”
Celebrities Wake-Up!
Christy’s pursuit of justice has elevated the debate, which has gone mainstream!  Jenny McCarthy’s publicist has announced a booking as Bill Maher’s guest, along with Mr. Goodfella, Robert DeNiro, and celebrity gastroenterologist, Andy Wakefield.  The panel will discuss the controversial issue of whether the government may lawfully mandate consumer products known to be “unavoidably unsafe.”
Christy feels fortunate to have the Vaxxed Team on her side.  She knows that most mommies don’t have this type of social media platform, and so, Christy refuses to stop at merely raising awareness – she has decided to “go big” – and throw-down in court – to strike-down our nation’s unjust vaccine law!

Go beyond merely raising awareness! “Go big!”  Visit your local courthouse and file a vaccine-related lawsuit for personal injury, false advertising, or fraud, etc., and then demand your 7th Amendment right to trial by jury.  Let’s pray Christy’s lawsuit opens the floodgates of litigation!  We’ll swamp the courts – and capsize their oppressive system with a tidal wave of vaccine-related lawsuits!
