How to make the honey wrap
What you need:
Coconut oil
Flour
Raw organic honey
Napkin
Adhesive medical tape
What to do:
Mix a teaspoon of flour with 2 teaspoons of honey then add warmed coconut oil.
After mixing them completely, apply the mixture on the napkin and place it on the chest.
Wrap it on the chest using the medical tape and leave it for 2-3 hours. Or leave it there overnight. Make sure you wrap it on the upper chest.

Raw organic honey
Ingesting honey can treat coughs caused by bacteria since it has antibacterial properties. Take a teaspoon of raw organic honey 1-3 times a day.
Thyme tea
