"21Therefore put away all filthiness and overflow of evil, and receive with meekness the implanted Word,a which is able to save your lives.

22And become doers of the Word, and not hearers only,a deceiving yourselves.

23Because if anyone is a hearer of the Word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror, James 1:21-23 ISR"

22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: James 1:21-23 KJV"



"21 So get rid of every filthy habit and all wicked conduct. Submit to God and accept the word that he plants in your hearts, which is able to save you.

22 Do not deceive yourselves by just listening to his word; instead, put it into practice.
