DAHBOO 77 - NODAPL: ANGRY MAN FIRES 7 SHOTS INTO AIR NEAR STANDING ROCK WATER PROTECTORS

On Saturday morning, some 500 water protectors were holding a peaceful and prayer ceremony when a non-Native concrete truck driver drove his vehicle into the crowd.

“This is my way home,” the angry man yelled at the peaceful water protectors, who were blocking his path. Shouting ensued between the water protectors and the man. As the man became progressively more angry, he brandished what appeared to be a 9mm and shot seven shots into air. Seven shells were recovered at the scene.

Fortunately no one was hit with by the bullets. However, there were two reported injuries from the incident.
There is video of the man coming across the first group. But ti does not show the shots. Witnesses say it was when the driver drove ahead and came up to the next group that he fired shots into the air, attempting to get them to clear out of the way. They then recovered shells from the shots fired.
