U.S. Capitol Police and U.S. Park Police are on scene and are in contact with the man. The investigation is at 3rd St and Madison Dr NW. Officials say 3rd St SW between Independence Ave SW and Constitution Ave NW is closed an they ask the public to avoid the area. And even tho the tin foil cape may be a part of protocol, it paints the perfect image for the main stream to use in calling one a conspiracy nut! As i get more info on this i will update. Initial test results for anthrax came back Negative.
