18 Shocking Signs of Copper Toxicity In Our Body

Copper, an essential trace mineral, is vitally important for both physical and mental health. Copper is essential to the proper functioning of organs and metabolic processes. Copper also is an essential trace element that is required in enzyme systems. Copper toxicity is a condition in which copper is retained and begins to build up in the body tissues. Copper has a number of important functions in the human body. The problem usually occurs when there is too much of it in the soft tissues of the body.
Cause of Copper toxicity
Excessive supplementation
Low levels of zinc in the diet
Contaminated food and drinking water due to contact with metallic copper
External exposures such as a copper IUD or accidental agricultural overspray
High levels of estrogen.
Symptoms of High Copper In Body
-Fatigue and exhaustion

Recipe #1
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro
1 1/2 cups fresh parsley
1 avocado
1 lime
Directions:
Get two bowls, and split the parsley and cilantro between both of them.
Cut the avocado into cubes and add it to the bowls.
Squeeze lime juice over both bowls! Ready to eat fresh! Enjoy.

Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple
2 apples
1 lemon (peeled if not organic)
2 cucumbers
6 stalks celery or 1 small head of celery
1 head of romaine
1 small bunch cilantro (start with less, taste and add more)
1 small bunch mint
3 stalks chard or kale
Directions:
Run each ingredient through a juicer one at a time. Stir well and serve. It’s best to drink on an empty stomach, ideally as your breakfast or before your breakfast.
