The Syrian Army with the help of the Russian Airfare has proudly regained control of East Aleppo but in the process have lost the battle on Palmyra to ISIS. The US is reinforcing the opposition and one can't help but wonder if ISIS is not benefiting from Obama's latest decision in Washington.
