DAHBOO 77 - ACTIVE SHOOTER DRILL AT KFC YUM CENTER IN LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY

Louisville Metro Police plans a large-scale, active-shooter training today at the KFC Yum! Center.

The training will simulate a gunman inside the arena during an event. People and staff acting as "guests" will be evacuated from the arena during the training.

LMPD says you should not be alarmed if you see lots of emergency vehicles and activity at the Yum! Center.

The KFC Yum! Center has installed metal detectors and says it participates in other training for fires, bombs and inclement weather.
